The VALTEC Bypass Valve with Bypass Valve is used with VTc 594 EMNX and 596 EMNX manifold blocks to redirect coolant flow to the return manifold when the flow through the manifold circuit falls below a predetermined value. This allows you to maintain the hydraulic characteristics of the system regardless of the control position of the collector circuit (manual, thermostatic valve, etc.), protecting the pump from working "on a closed valve".

In VALTEC COMBI.S pump mixing units for floor heating, due to the mixing of the liquid from the return line, a coolant with a lower temperature than the direct line of the main circuit is prepared. The regulation is performed by a 2-way valve installed in the supply manifold and equipped with an analog servomotor VT.TE.3061 (control signal - voltage 0–10 V).

The pump body is made of cast iron, the rotor shaft, bearings, thrust washers are made of ceramic with a mirrored working surface (so the pump works even in hard water).
