Water mixing device for floor heating systems VT.COMI.V. This device allows the coolant (mixture) to be mixed from the return line to the supply line.

The pump body is made of cast iron, the rotor shaft, bearings, thrust washers are made of ceramic with a mirrored working surface (so the pump works even in hard water). The working medium enters through special holes in the platen and returns to the impeller blades through the shaft channel, thereby cooling the rotor chamber. Ceramic pressure washers are spring loaded with elastic EPDM cuffs to eliminate shaft vibration.

(VT.VAR05) Hydraulic distributor (hydraulic arrow) VT.VAR05 is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. VALTEC designers added helical separators to the hydraulic switches, which enhance the separation of air and coolant, as well as dividing walls that reduce heat loss due to convection of the working medium. Both elements are made of perforated stainless steel.

Stainless steel hydraulic pointer with pressure gauge, drain valve, automatic vent with shut-off valve. Threaded pipes are provided on the main body for additional installation of temperature sensors, thermometers, magnetic sludge collectors. The pipes are closed with threaded plugs.

VTc.709 Brass Compression Fitting (Compression Fitting) with Nickel Plated Lock Nut. Designed to connect 16 x 2 mm cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing to the outlet of the distribution manifold VTc.500, VTc.560, VTc.580. The sealing material of the manifold fitting VTc.709 is EPDM.
